“From when we first met her, Ciara was calming, welcoming, and empathetic. Once the hospitals started increasing their restrictions, Ciara was on top of things and would check in on me to see how I was doing in the weeks leading up to delivery. During labor and delivery, Ciara had a great intuition about what we needed. When my husband was unsure about how to help, she coached him on what he could do. When I was struggling, she encouraged me in a caring, but firm way. In addition to that, she took beautiful photos of the delivery and our baby that we could share with family who weren’t allowed to visit us in the hospital.
